Unable to log into CareFlow Connect

If you are unable to log in to CareFlow Connect, the cause could be due to having not confirmed your email address when upgrading your account, or you may not have upgraded your account by the deadline of 20th October which would lock you out. 

Navigate to the CareFlow Connect log in page and click on “Forgotten your password?” Here you can enter your registered email address and click on send, this will fire off a new confirmation email or password reset.  You will receive two emails from customersupport@systemc.com, follow the instructions within the email.
