Lost access to email address registered with Careflow Connect

You will need to log into your Careflow account and change the email address associated with your Careflow Account.   

Log in, go to your Settings

Under your Account details, select Email

Enter your new email address and click on Change email

You will be sent a confirmation email to your newly entered email address (you may need to check your spam/junk folder)

Click on the link within the email, you will be prompted to enter your password in order to finalise the change of email address 

If you have forgotten your password, inform customer support of the issue with details of the new email address you would like to use by submitting a ticket.
