Reporting an incident will allow Careflow Connect Ltd to determine the details and mitigate any consequences.  Contact Support immediately, either by creating a support ticket or calling:

When reporting a security incident, it is important to ensure sufficient information is given to Careflow Support to enable them to understand and respond appropriately.  Users can report security related incidents in confidence, no information about a user’s involvement in a security incident will be released without explicit permission.

A security incident can occur at any time, and when a report is received, an investigation will usually begin immediately.  Depending on the nature of the incident, the investigation may be directed towards finding ways of avoiding a repetition. However, an investigation may uncover evidence leading to a user having action taken against them by Careflow Connect Ltd.
