My account is compromised / hacked and I can’t log in!

If you think you've been hacked and you're unable to sign in with your username and password, please take the following steps:

Go to the reset your password page or Careflow and click on 'forgotten your password'

Enter your email address and click on Send

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address, click the link in this e-mail to complete the password reset process. You will be prompted to create a new password during this final step.

If your email address is not recognised or you still can't log in, contact us by submitting s a support ticket.  Be sure to provide your name and the email address that should be associated with your Careflow account; we'll then send additional information and instructions to that email address.

If you no longer have access to the actual email account associated with your Careflow account, please submit a support ticket to customer services.
