Not receiving alerts

You can only receive alerts if you have downloaded the Careflow App:

The iOS App
(iPhone/iPad) is available to download here.
The Android App is available to download here
  • If you do have the App for Careflow, can you see the Alerts tab when you open the App?  If not, you will need to check whether you have the account permissions to do so.  Ask your network administrator to check whether you have been made an Alert Follower or contact Careflow Support.
If you can see the Alert tab, you will need to create your subscriptions in order to receive alerts.  Instructions of how to do so, can be found here
