- Either contact a support representative directly
- Visit the support site and search for an answer to your question.
- Click on the support widget within the desktop version of Careflow (instructions are shown below)
From within the desktop version of Careflow you can click on the question mark located in the bottom right hand corner of the browser page.
A pop up box will appear.
Type in your query/problem into the message subject and potential solutions will be displayed. Click on relevant articles to view the possible solutions. If your query is not answered, complete the message and send it as a support query.
