Referrals - Respond to referral request

Members will be alerted of any patients referred to their group via a notification email.  Details of the referral will be shown in the group feed and under the list of referrals received.  



To respond to a referral: 

Web:

  • Click on Referrals received.
  • Click on View Details.
  • Select the desired referral status and add a comment

Mobile:

  • Select the referral you have received, scroll down to view the full details
  • Click on the current status and update it appropriately to Accepted, Declined or Cancelled
  • Add a comment and click Done
