Unfortunately, only patients already in the PAS will be searchable within Careflow. This does mean that ‘out of area’ patients might not be available until they have been added onto PAS by a ward clerk. At this point, they will become available in Careflow.
If you believe the patient should be in the PAS, please create a support ticket and a member of the Careflow Support team will investigate it further.
